THETA is a biennial conference that aims to advance higher education and research by promoting the intelligent use of information technology.

The Higher Education Technology Agenda (THETA) is Australasia’s premier biennial IT conference for professionals in higher education and research.

THETA 2025, themed Winds of Change, will explore how institutions can effectively prepare for and embrace ongoing technological advancements, such as artificial intelligence, cyber security threats, and digital learning.

The conference will feature esteemed experts from Australia, New Zealand, and beyond, offering presentations, panel discussions, and workshops that showcase innovative solutions and best practices.
